I use expanding foam on maintenance jobs every now and again in work but unless you have alot of gaps to fill opening a can is a big waste, is there any ways or tips to make the cans reusable once they are opened? cheers

I can't find straight forward information on calculating how much of a product I need.
If I get a foam that expands 10x's it's own mass does that mean that one once (roughly 2 cubic inches) will expand to 20 cubic inches?

I haven't bothered to say this for PU boards.
Expanding foam in cans is indeed grade and the same goes for PU expanding foam in cans.
But polystyrene does react with PVC insulated cables).

Got a rattling coming from the centre section wr i havnt fixed the exhaust to the mountings. didnt quite line up at the time of fitting and was to stressed to sort it out there n then lol, was just thinking of expanding foaming it with some fire rated...

Its between the walls and so I have no idea how big the gap it. Its probably about the of a litre bottle.

Hi,
I want to produce abour 1/2 CuM of expandable foam, buying it in cans
is a non-event, way to expensive...I seem to recall its two chemicals
mixed together? any ideas where to buy it "cheaply"? in such a
