EBay places USPS First Class Mail into the category "expedited shipping," but considering the recent slowdowns in USPS delivery service plus the fact that it isn't trackable, I think eBay should move first class mail into the "standard shipping" category...

If you want to make it a technical term about a classification used by one of the Service Management tool providers, you would be talking success, this matters a lot.
It is not a technical term.
Expedited is just a word.

To boot shipping is $22 on a few I was doing it wrong .
PT&G offered nothing as far as expedited shipping.
Feb 7th Customer Service calls me the ball twice on me.
