While there are discussions on Canadian B-Schools, most are relatively dated. Thus, I would love to hear your current thoughts on these three top-Canadian programs.

Many schools have, THEN do the MD with or without another... .
From my experience, top an administator, THEN do the MD with or without another degree (mba, mha, mph, etc).
I would say "no".
What paths current people in the field have followed.

So, apparently in most schools MD/MBA programs, you apply for the MBA in your third year of medicine typically to your home institution...and I always thought you were limited in that sense to only do the MBA at your home institution...I was wrong because...

I am just looking for a good career path and CS/MBA degree sounds great for both development and management jobs.
