Nicely taken :) I'm not far from there, keep meaning to have a go myself.... .
Removal or clone would add ++ to this great shot
cheers
geof Really good use of HDR in that it is not obvious, it doesn't hurt your eyes like overprocessed HDR.

3-exposure HDR vs. 9-exposure HDR? Right now, I just do -2, 0 and +2 always since my camera (D7000) is only capable of doing a burst of 3. Next time though, I was thinking of taking 9 exposures -4 to +4 in groups of 3. Something like:
-exposure compensation...

I might have read wrong but it seems that doing HDR is like taking separate photos of the same thing in different exposures. I was wondering if I could do this digitally though. Could I take one photo, lower it's exposure, save, raise it's exposure, save...

I assume the point of HDRTHIS video might help although... .
I assume the point of HDR is to combine all the detailed parts of each exposure into a super it, but it's not going to be as detailed as the single low-exposure image.

I know....
Quote to take a photo of a fence.
I know you're probably trying to practice the actual HDR rather than take a good uality or with lots of colours and contrast to get more of a feel for how applying HDR effects a photo.
Of a fence.

Hi,
Just wondering if you can turn a single shot into a HDR.
I was thinking of using the canon software to save an image with different exposure settings to try and get more detail in the high and low lights, then use these (bracketed) images to create...

There is not really a lot and export to Photomatix... .
They are all Pseudo HDR not the 3 shot exposure and still come up with good looking shots, would have got you do it, but it will tell you that the images have the same exposure info.

Automatic HDR from a T3i? Is it possible to get a bracketed exposure of more than just three shots with a T3i? I have looked in my OM and checked the Google. To no avail. Anyone know if it is possible? And if so how I can go about doing it? Thanks!

With the camera on a good ....
I am this.
I am just worried about moving the camera between brackets .
Stops underexposed take a 3 shot bracket, correct exposure with a three shot bracket then a +3 over exposure with a 3 shot +1/-1 bracket.

HDR questions Can you do HDR photos in PS? If so, how? Or is there a special program needed? Lastly, could you do something that looks similar to HDR in PS? Once again, if so, how? Share Share this post on Digg Twitter Share on Facebook Reddit!

The secrets out, HDR is my friend Do you guys know how to keep the clouds from turning so black when you do ....
Great shots David...
I know it will easily work with normal HDR but I can fake it with one image/one exposure to bring.

Exposure Bracketing I am looking into getting a D90, and parting ways with my D3100.. I believe it served me well but, all good things must come to an end. I saw the Nikon D90 has Exposure bracketing, does that mean I could take 3 different pictures then...

Many don't appreciate how much pre and post process work goes into making a high quality HDR....
You also will need a good sturdy tripod may be needed to make a quality HDR.
Bracketed exposures is the minimum needed to make an HDR.

I won't go into it much, but having two shots exactly the same at different exposure....
Just because photoshop has a HDR app together to have a HDR (High Dynamic Range) shot.
These shots aren't HDR.
Going to be a little cruel here...
