It seems T-Mobile in an effort to improve the bottom line will sell you a non-working phone so they can then charge to replace it with a functional unit.
After this contract is up im gone from T-Mobile, and i will never buy another HTC product in my life...

T-mobile also don't warranty the phone either that is HTC.
What are you talking about?
If the phone is not working and you need a replacement t-mobile don't charge you for another phone.
Tmobile doesnt care.

This phone has a pretty fast processor and is more than capable for everyday use.
My previous phone was an HTC hero and it was pretty weak, even after rooting and Cyanogenmod.
I'm pretty happy with my Evo 3D.
