That is a common cleaning supply no one seems to relate to allergies (even though most people are allergic to it)
could be your make up, try to put less near your eyes
and it could also be purfume.
You could be allergic to bleach.

Eye problems (sensitivity etc)? I look at the computer for hours on end and don't notice myself blink.
I think whilst looking at a computer I don't blink which has caused me to blink less off the computer and stare alot.
This is not the issue here though...

Try cold packs on the eye, and get an eye check up done.
