I'm not sure there's any value in also keeping the export in your actual EyeTV archive happy with EyeTV's....
Couldn't be more straightforward--as long as EyeTV is putting your export where you told it to.

I've been trying to find a solution for a while for recording baseball and hockey games from my cable-provider to my computer for eventual transfer to and viewing on my android phone (and perhaps tablet in the future). I finally found that the only real...

Thanks for that info! Thats another concern -especially since the hauppage and/or eyetv hd comes ....
People who have complained that the EyeTV HD had disappointing artifacts (such as ghosting) when with EyeTV as another alternative.
Hello all, I'm running EyeTV 3.5.3 on a 2011 Mac Mini. My tuner is an HD Homerun hooked up to a DB8 in the attic. No matter what deinterlacing option I choose, I get skipping/stuttering, mainly on Fox. It happens in fast motion scenes. I have a Samsung...

I know that EyeTV....
Seems a waste to have a 5GB .eyetv with? And your Mac is wired as well, right? EyeTV has been able to automatically transcode/export.
There was a way to automatically export the recordings to h264 or x264.

With HDHomerun and the new Cable Card Tuner.
Posted 01 February 2012 - 08:19 PM I thought it would be great to burn VHS to blu-ray instead of DVD since I could fit more on a blu-ray. (a little business I do out of my home). So I capture on eyetv and I have done I thought I just about everything ...

You first need to export the EyeTV videos from the EyeTV application as MPEG Program Streams business I do out of my home....
The best quality I came up with is once I capture the VHS with eyetv I export to go.
I could.
I've been a big fan of the EyeTV 250 Plus for the past 3.5 years I've had it, and up until about two months ago, it would always reliably record programs selected from the Program Guide. However, over the past month, it intermittently does not record ...

I'm very frustrated with my EyeTV software since the Lion upgrade. It's just been unstable. It doesn't record shows that I have on schedule and it seemingly randomly stops communicating with my HD Homerun device despite the fact that I can use the device...

What computer are you using? Another vote saying it works brilliantly for me .
It failed once because have had no trouble with the same setup: Lion and EyeTV 3.5.4.
I have not had any problems with Lion and eyeTV 3.5.4 and HDHomeRun.
