I'm noticing a large number of women on this thread who, like myself are in their 40's or older. Remember "perimenopause" begins up to 15 yrs before actual menopause! Read this and maybe it will explain why so many of us in this age group are suffering...

BUT, its not on the rim at all and never has been for me, just the main eyelid that covers the socket that works for me...Benadryl carefully....
Red, dry, cracked and mine are occasionally mis-shapen creases in the lid.
Are reporting are similar.

I think It's because I have a stronger brow bone then most Asians .
But I'm half Japanese and I have almond eyes with a double lid .
The pure physics of it I cannot explain.
All features are genetic.

I am in need of an eye product to address creases and the hooded look problem on my lids. Most eye products are for the crows feet and under the eye problems. Those 2 areas are fine thanks to Philosophy but I really need help for my eye lids.

The only thing that really works is cosmetic surgery, however for less invasive treatments I recommend doing microcurrent treatments to the eye area which really does lift and tighten... .
There isn't an actual cosmetic/skin care product that works on this area .

Any suggestions on preventing or giving my eye make up better staying power? I use a primer and powder to set my make up already for a base but half way through the day, I am back to greasy eye lids. Its the only place I have this problem on my face.

I've decided I want to try makeup again.
For a few months, I was inspired enough to use Laura Mercier oil-free tinted moisturizer, NARS blush, and a little mascara.
