250-300brake so providing you don't bang it through the gears or launch it, it'll be fine.

Before downloading took off the way it did i used to get cd's and audiobooks from the libary rip them to the pc then burn them, even back in the dark ages of tapes if you had 2 tape decks with dubbing you could easy copy a tape ok its against copywrite... .
