I want to know if mortgage brokers have incentive to steer me away from FHA or is their commission the same as with a conventional loan.

So it sounds like FHA is the best loan from the mortgage broker standpoint.
FHA loans have a very high Yield Spread Premium a little better.
Intentions to keep mortgage compensation under control.

How much money will I need in the bank for a FHA mortgage? We are looking in the $100,000 range. Just wondering how much we will need for the 3.5% + closing. Just a ball park figure. Also, do we have to have reserves in the bank too?
