Hey guys,
Wondering if anyone has any experience with using fabric backdrops for portraits, and if they could answer this one for me.

I have a black muslin backdrop and I bought a white one too but have not used it since it's been misplaced....

I agree that paper ....
It has the look of seamless paper cleaner or something .
I've been using a white vinyl backdrop.
That comes in 12 foot widths, which would be great for a backdrop, but it's not a great fabric from San Antonio.

2 c-stands and a ringlight and I'd have myself a nice photobooth.
Just thinking...

Backdrops on a budget?
I'm looking to pick a backdrop to take a few studio style shots. I seen a few cheaper ones on eBay with cotton muslin backdrops are they worth it? Will it do a decent job for a beginner?
Thanks

Backdrop or not for mobile portrait work?
Just gauging what others use and why!
Do you use backdrops for mobile portraits in people's homes or do you find the space restrictions so much of a problem that you try not to use them?

I found that one of those white desks by a window works really a bit .
It really makes the silver look better on a plain white backdrop.
Some deep rose and blue fabric with a nice drape to it, for my backgrounds.

Looking now to buy a studio backdrop. I found this set on Amazon for $150. It's a 10' x 12' stand with two 10' x 20' muslin backdrops (one black, one white). It seems sturdy enough based on the rviews and a good fit for my space and level of commitment...
