I was told they are the same yarn except the tank has the added fleck yarn. They are both 100% polyester and come from the same yarn supplier. I don’t see any reason why the yarn supplier should say they were the same if they are not. I did read some ...

There is also the Lion Brand Yarn studio.
They do have a nice selection of yarn and I like window shopping there sometimes.

Has anyone purchased from them? I liked them on FB to get updates and they constantly have awesome deals on fabrics, yarns, threads, etc. I just wanted to know if it's somewhere that I'd like to purchase from.

JerryThe fraying has more to do with the type fabric you are using.
Slippery yarns are just going to move.
Of the fabric and the type of yarns used to weave it.

I've heard you can unravel nice used sweaters and get some fantastic yarn for knitting, good wool, angora, cashmere...
I think that would be fun. Haven't tried it yet though. I know there are some techniques to doing it right.

You then get the kinks out by getting the yarn wet or steaming it, depending on the fiber, kind of pulling it tight, and ....
Unravel the yarn for storage.
Machine (the sewing thread wraps around the seam), than carefully rip out the seams .
