I just have to gloat!
Today I faced one of my major fears. I am PETRIFIED of teeth, teeth being wobbled, teeth being pulled etc. I have nightmares constantly about my teeth falling out!
Anyway today I had my wisdom tooth out in the chair under local!!...

So yesterday was really rough. I'm getting ready for work but feeling shaky and fearful that today will also be rough. I know this is a self fulfilling prophecy so I will do all I can to proactive my coping strategies today to keep the anxiety in check...
