Seller "discountbar", from China, has numerous counterfeit BSA patches at auction. I have repeatedly reported one of these to ebay as fake, but the item is still listed. Here is the fake:

Why do all your auctions have > to get action than trying to prove to ebay that the items are fake.
That the item is fake, ebay sees all items as legitamate goods.

But you are certainly right that I have a "fake" and report it to Paypal or eBay, I am refunded upon proof and eBay and/or Paypal on the process sometimes never know they have....

Depending on your domain model, you might want to create orphan Items and Tags as well.
To Items and Tags similar to how you do it for Item.
