First of all, I think an easy definition of "fast food" is this: Food you can get in a drive thru and eat in your car. So something like Red Robin wouldn't be fast food, but Jack in the Box would be.
As a reference, I obviously live in the United States...

Only hamburgers, so rule out taco bell, pizza hut or KFC... (even if some of them do have hamburgers, they are not mainly hamburger chains)
which one would be your choice? I like carl's jr because the burgers are big, well cooked and the beef is juicy...
