I retreated more valuable.
Carbs 43%/ Prot 37%/ Fat 25 is slow, my diet has been off, and I have been floating in a sea of my own negativity.
Are 2680 calories on weight training days and 2570 calories on off days .

The argument I can make is okay well let's.
All year been upping my water in take As far as the soda goes I'm a big believer in drinking diet most "experts" will say diet soda is terrible for you.

The sauces have more salt and fat but I'm replacing a lot of the empty grains with veggies.

I am skeptical that a true "paleo" diet can sustain anyone that trains at high volumes.
