Is this true? say you have a man with good muscle mass, but quiet a bit of fat on him aswell covering these muscles. would it be easier for him to burn more fat than a man with the same amount of fat but no muscle???

Plus, if you don't have muscle, you can lose weight and you'll still look "fat, technically, no, it's really not any easier in relative terms, to burn more fat when you have more muscle to end up....

BF% was 19.5% and my BMI is 29.3, I overshot my BF% by so much .

Main thing to do is not stress so much weighs more than... .
But not by a lot at all - a litre of muscle would weigh 1.06kg and a litre of fat is 0.9 so muscle because at rest muscle burns more calories than at rest fat.
