Hi all, just found out i have fatty liver disease, now if any of you know me my diet is pretty much bang on, i train regularly and i do quite alot of cardio. i dunno how ive got it but ive got it, the point is, theres not much explanation about it online...

Have always enjoyed eating a more protein based diet that included fatty meats such as steak, ribs & pork chops as well as bacon. I enjoy eating plain and simple and adding veggies to the equation has never been a problem either.
