A couple of weeks ago I bought a replacement battery for a netbook. It didn't work, and within a few hours of putting it in the netbook itself stopped working! (probably coincidence).

PayPal / eBay did nothing wrong so they will not refundyou will have to go through ebay / paypal .
Then royal mail, who is at fault, would refund.
