So for a while now, my Sager has been heating up more and more while gaming, and GPU fans would not shut up. Last night I decided to try and take it apart, removed the fans, blew them out with a can of air along with the heatsinks. Put it back together...

I didnt actually pull out the card itself, just pulled out the fan and the heat sinks for both the temperature sensor? Cause I find it....
That one card has a flakey sensor, or it could be that the temp monitoring software is hitting.

My "new" '98 has, since i bought it, had the "sercvice engine soon" light has gone on and off sporatically. I took it to my buddys shop and the computer diagnosed the downstream o2 sensor not working. he fiddled with the wiring on my sensor, plugged it...

The wiring for that sensor goes back towards the engine the engine and around the head is a prime area for the wires in the harness to heat up and kind of melt that they will actually short out.....
That it doesn't get close to the exhaust.

Is the engine heat the same as the temp gauge reading??temp gauge faulty??i hope these may seem a bit random watched a video by ericthecarguy on youtube where he explains about a car that would over heat.

Just had my '91 7.3 IDI F250 inspected and they gave me a laundry list of problems. No idea how it passed last year for the previous owner, but whatever...
On top of the list appears to be a faulty neutral safety switch (the truck starts in any gear)....

Ford: 7A247 (They're calling it "Auto Trans Gear Position Sensor")
Autozone: F433 again
if your truck has some miles on....
Yes that is the mlps/transmission range sensor/NSS.

Well the fan not being on could cause it to over heat, the temperature sensor for the fans is separate....

Could be a faulty sensor or even a disconnected wire.

As for the o2 heaters, is there 12 volts @ the o2 sensors on the red wire on each sensor? do to the o2 sensor.

I tried fiddling with all the buttons trying different combinations of the ac and vents and hilo and heat and etc but nothing would make heat.
Until tonight.
Ever since now the heat has seemed to work...

pages DI-63 to DI-66 if its heat circuit, connector and wiring, check that the o2 sensor is getting some help please....

@Reizvoll all the live sensor readings and hopefully pinpoint what's going on under closed loop that doesn't happen under open loop.
In short, I don't think it's your cam sensor.
Connector end flakes off with heat and age.
