It was so claustrophobic and small.
I didn't dislike it, but should it have been grander -- like Joan Crawford in QUEEN BEE or Faye Dunaway as Joan Crawford in MOMMIE DEAREST?

Is it true that the following year (1977) Faye Dunaway feigned, Gene Hackman, Liza, Faye Dunaway, Hoffman, Streisand and De Niro? I don't know how much of a last Andrews and Christopher....
It was the lowest rated Oscar show ever.

Robards' subtle work is easily the best of this bunch, as it was the following year as well. Voted for him.
However, I feel Finch should have been nominated in this category and won here instead.
My picks for 1976:
1. Peter Finch, Network
2. Jason Robards...
