How do I install Fedora from the .iso file that is downloaded? Also, I have Vista already installed on my machine.

You can BURN the ISO file you've just downloaded with WinV to a CD or DVD .
Up the Fedora installer.

I'm trying to install Fedora so that I can run Amahi Home Server, my system wont boot from a DVD and I'm now sure how to install using CDs or USB.

You can install from the Live-CD available at http://fedoraproject.org/en/get-fedora.
Install to hard disk' - double click it and the graphical installer will start.

You will see that menu before Fedora boots, where you can also see entries like/vmlinuz..." add this xdriver....
In the line where it says "kernel /boot, of the boot menu .
Select the normal fedora installer entry and edit it.
