Feeling Dizzy?

Had a wander around the city of london today, and i fancied going to the top of the monument, so got a snap of the spiral stairs.

Not too bad.
What is strange is, some times these feeling lift, and I will feel almost 138/82 and my pulse was 70 something.
Uncomfortable at times.

I'm way more dizzy now than I ever was in 1st tri and I feel like its been getting worse with each passing week! So glad the weeks will be ending soon. But I'm wondering what causes it!
