Panic Attacks--What do you feel is happening to you?

My attacks are often triggered by something that reminds me of past trauma. Just before it goes full blown I get really agitated and restless and my thoughts race. Once it becomes out of hand I hyperventilate and can't speak. I usually rock back and forth and cry while covering my ears. Often I hyperventilate so badly that I hallucinate. I feel I am going to die, that everything is falling apart and that I cannot make sense out of anything around me. source

What training have you done today?

I do leg press and hamstring curls with 2 legs and leg extensions only with operated legs. When i add some weight to leg extensions i use both legs. source

What are the worst working conditions you have written code in?

My first programming job, I had to work in the garage of my employer. Through the winter with only a tiny little electric fan heater - the garage was not insulated. Eventually I got the flu and I had to take 4 weeks off work. When I came back they moved me into the lounge with the other programmers. source

WTF is with my hands?

I have very similar condition - from doing too much phd typing! Mine has just been diagnosed as repetitive strain injury. Go see your doctor asap, and ask for a physio consult too. source

What do you do and where?

I think that's what the husboyfriend used to do, too. Always sounded to me like soul-killing but worth the fat paycheck. source
