Last week I fell off the wagon and it feels like it ran over me not once but twice.
I can relate.
Boy, I feel like I totally fell off the wagon here. I went out last night to a eatery (cause I can't spell restaurant) and they got me with one of those, "Here's some free home made potato chips". And then again with "here's some more" Before I knew it...

Whatever damage that was done, if any, can always be remedied by continuing with healthy eating and plenty... .
You already recognize that you did not make the best choices while on vacation, so now just pick up where you were before vacation .
Don't feel bad.
I've been having trouble staying on the weight watchers wagon since I started 3 weeks ago. What are some things you do to kick yourself back into it when you feel yourself straying away? Or what kind of things do you do to keep yourself motivated?

By now if I hadn't fallen off so many times, but that 's what makes this a learning experience and we.
I went off plan for a few weeks and gained 5 pounds I am ready to be focused again!!

Before this last episode I'd not really fallen off the wagon.
One day I'll have to fall off the wagon for the carbathons.
Body can and cannot handle, but this was a blatant fell off the wagon deal.
