This DVD came up in the Making Babies post a little earlier -- so I thought I'd move it up to see if we could get some feedback, since a few ladies seemed interested.
Has anyone use (or is anyone using) this DVD while TTC? What are your thoughts on it...

The ovulation phase is fun and more active, but if you are within eye shot of anyone, you will be laughed at relentlessly... .
It is not really very intense, so if you're looking for a work out, this isn't it .
I am on my first month using it and I like it .

I'm trying to get into yoga but I can't kneel without my knees really hurting. I have really bony knees with a small kneecap and have dislocated both of them multiple times. I don't like wearing knee braces because they actually make my knee feel constricted...

I took it really hard my BFN i even started doubting my own fertility been on a very strict high protein low carb diet, although since starting the fertility meds it has of whom did fertility treatment....
There has been lots of positives.

Any recommendations welcome - I was seeing reflexologist earlier on this year who was wonderful, but charging £70/hr. bit much! I don't mind travelling a bit further afield so if anyone knows of anyone good for IVF acupunture I'd be massively grateful...
