Can you give otter pops to a three year old with a small fever? He's not acting sick other than he's very tired and a little cranky- but I think that's because he woke up at 6 AM and he's not used to it and fighting sleep. He does have a small fever though...

That said.
The pop alone would only reduce the body temp slightly and not really help with the underlying cause of the fever.
Acetaminophen (Tylenol) would be better for that as it is a fever reducer.

We split up LO shots so he didn't get them all at once. These are 2 month shots but he is actually 3 1/2 months. Anyways he has a fever now of 100.3 under his arm which I know is really 101.3. I gave him infant ibuprofen but should I call the doctor too...

I didn't realize ibuprofen is also a fever reducer! I'd call just to be safe....
I had intendedI was told call if it is 100.4 and to give tylenol .
Also, the bottle clearly says fever reducer and it worked rather quickly.

Of a fever in an adult woman with headache etc is it best to use paracetemol for the pain and ibuprofen for the temperature ? I think that the ibuprofen would help with both the headache and with the fever.
