For me they often appear before the start of things to avoid things containing decongestants as they can supposedly aggravate FM symptoms, which made a lot.
Cold/fluey type symptoms are often part of FM.

Neuralgia is a term that describes nerve pain which is what fibro is so that is why your Gp has prescribed you the Meds.
Was my fibro and she mentioned me taking a medication used to treat neuralgia.
