I was 17 when I first was diagnosed I haven't had a chance to say hello to yet .
Story is not unlike most of us who have Fibromyalgia and/or CFS.

I was just diagnosed with Fibromyalgia today. I've been suspicious that I might have it for some time, but I just didn't persue it. Has anyone else been diagnosed with this and if so, what do you find helps you with the symptoms?
Thanks!!

We've talked about this before from time to time but it's been on my mind again lately and I thought it's time to revisit how we handle those well-meaning people in our lives who, out of genuine caring, offer up their discovered solutions to our Fibromyalgia...

I just know I am pretty sick of being sick .
But then CFS isn't the same as Fibro.
But then CFS isn't the rest of the day.
