Cozumel all inclusive is much cheaper than Cancun all inclusive. Anyone have any thoughts on the difference between the two. I did see beach is better at Cancun, I have no interest in diving at cozumel.

Your post earlier today indicated you wanted a nice place, plus you were on a budget (1500 pp without airfare??) .
If you have no interest in diving/snorkeling, you really have no interest in Cozumel .
I like Cancun better.
Cozumel is boring to me.
I've finally uploaded my photos to google earth to help other find this location (zoom in). I had such a blast snorkeling between Fiesta Americana and Money Bar . There is so much to see here. I saw many snorkel boats charge people to snorkel this location...

Going to the Fiesta Americana in March. How are the standard rooms?

We are easy going laid back travelers so clean and simple... .
We even had a safe in our room last year .
We were very pleased with our 5th floor room.
Rooms are simple and clean.
We stayed for a week last year and are headed back in 2 weeks for stay number two .

We have a reservation for this hotel in March. I am nervous with the last post on how this hotel really is. Some of the reviews are Fantastic and others say do not go! We upgraded to an ocean view room. Has anyone on this forum taken pics of the deluxe...

When its range as fiesta americana and similar level of accomodations) and I just planned some meals in town fine for us as well, a lot softer....
One more thought...
We stayed at the Fiesta Americana in Cancun and it was great.
What is the beach like at Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun All-Inclusive , also what places are near by to visit. Thanks Connie

First time, in many many visits to Mexico to....
They have a dilgent lifeguard on duty, as there is an undertow on the north side of the beach; gentle waves in the middle of the resort beach .
Just returned - beach is wide and clean, with abundant loungers .
Planning first trip to Coz. Love to snorkel, my husband doesn't like crowds. On a moderate budget. What is your opinion of Fiesta Americana? Other AI suggestions.

Just be aware of the current, walk at the Fiesta for ....
Also taxi rides to town are not expensive begin to come close to the area around the Fiesta Americanna.

Does anyone know what the room numbers are that are closest to the ice machines at the Fiesta Americana? We stayed there last year, but can't find any records of the room number we were in.

Roughly.
Numbers with last 2 digits ending in 20 to 34 or 36 closest to the bay .
Any number ending With 12 16 will be closest to elevator and the ice machines .

The Fiesta Americana has a special offer running through Dec 20 2012 that you can add.
Liquor, etc.
We are struggling over where to stay. I understand the differnece in teh locations. Could someone give some advice on either spot??

We had think the experience and ambiance at the Fiesta American was top-shelf...comparable to a Ritz.
We were fairly disappointed with the rooms there.
At the Fiesta Americana during our honeymoon.
Has anyone stayed here? The reviews aren't great..We are looking for a decent kids club and nice beach. Does this fit the bill? Thanks! Lisa

Of the "beach." cancunmap.com/assist/fiesta_am_cozumel.html I spent two week there last year and had a fab.
