Classical reasons why objective, they actively make things dysfunctional - testers start fighting with devs over bug reports, devs compete.
Objective" assessment technique can be gamed too, and rather more easily.

Breathing Technique for Rifle Shooting? Hey I was just wondering how i should breathe when shooting a rifle. My real question is do I just keep pulling as i exhale, or do i exhale all the way till i naturally stop THEN pull the trigger? Thanks!

I find my target then put my finger on the trigger .
This technique will then surprise be fighting for air before you get your shot off.
Pressure when the sight picture is good and stop when it goes bad .

It just came to me, what if Hashirama beat Madara with some anti Dojutsu technique that exploits the weakness of the Sharingan instead with Mokuton only ?
I know there is no proof for it but its always good to speculate on such theories
