I purchased an item on ebay 3 weeks ago, buyer did not send item or reply to any of my emails.
I filed an item not recieved via paypal and received the item within a few days.
Now I have received a paypal message 'Your seller has chosen to escalate this...

If so, what is your policy on doing so? Do you claim copyright/trade secret for ALL source code files or do you claim copyrights for all and Trade Secrets for only those that contain Trade Secrets?

Also, run path from the command line and ensure that the path statement has the correct value for JAVA_HOME .
You need to check that the variable name is JAVA_HOME all uppercase .
