I have a brand new fuel filler neck and brand new filler neck gasket. Click on pictures for part numbers, can still be visiable on packaging. I don't have the mitsu. dealer box but it will be shipped packaged very well in another box.

The little vacuum line type hose that goes onto a nipple onto the top of the filler neck?) That should messing up the filler neck install, it only fits one way, if it isn't leaking I can't think what would be wrong..

I'm doing a tank swap, installing an adventure tank I've had for a while, relocating the fuel filter outside the tank and drilling the filler neck. I was figuring on drilling (4) 3/16" or 1/4" holes and calling it good.
Does this sound about right?
