So I see that Mercedes has final attack. Does that work with all the skills or select few?
If I remember correctly, BM's Final attack didn't use to work with hurricane. Just curious.

Just thought I'd chip in, you don't have to get Final Attack on Mercedes like you do Final Attack....
BM hurricane does activate final attack (now) and as far as I can tell, final attack activates off Spike.

Since you do not have DBA access to the server, I would encourage you to ask the DBA when the last time statistics were updated .
I suspect your problem is caused by out of data statistics .
