IMO libertarian is rightwing liberal - socially liberal and fiscally rightwing whereas conservative is rightwing authoritarian.

I was 12, standing in line at a store. A woman was in line screaming that she shouldn't have to pay for Kotex because it wasn't her fault she had a period.
I had no idea, at the time, what a "period" was...
