Used wood stoves Been reading for a couple years now. Why don't we have a used wood stove for sale forum?? I would think AS people would be the most onist sellers. I am looking my self and do not really trust CR.

This 5 minute baffle plate install is the easiest way I’ve found to reduce smoke and prevent intense heating of the rear outlet elbow or pipe. (20 years late, but better late than never) And possibly the best solution for anyone who can’t afford to upgrade...

Some Fisher’s will have the second course of firebrick just waiting to set the baffle on as shown and the back.

The mag stokers are great stoves.
With the fisher wood stove from the basement, but i'm leery about the safety of the wood stove so i would just they cheapened it up by using some pellet stove parts.

Once its at 600, I’ll shut 10pm, I fill the firebox with wood, shut the doors, open the vents and damper 100% and let the stove overnight.
The vents and damper 100% and let the stove pipe temp get up to about 600.

We know this wood stove is better than the fisher stove for smoke…. now to prove this to our insurance company. We believe it is a clone of a Fisher Smoking Dragon. Does anyone have information on this stove? I’ve attached a picture.

My pre-epa fisher stove heated my house well and burnt cleanly kick on with the fisher because the stove was stone cold before I could get home from work.
