I usually set my drag to 50% of the line's rating and usually adjust some after that... .
I use Palomar and regular fishing knots.
I am going deep sea fishing most.

Picked up a PSE Kingfisher 50# mainly for backyard shooting but it may see service as a fishing bow and who knows maybe a deer or two anyways i havent shot a recurve since high school gym....other than an AMS reel for bow fishing, any other accessories...

I've got a classic Accessories Colorado 9 footer which, lots of storage and you don't need an invasive....
I don't fish off mine but duck hunt off of it all to fill with rocks and use as an anchor.
Pontoon boats are ridiculously fun.
