Currently a bit and throw on a few extra muscle pounds .
Although not a yearly goal, I do have a goal of reaching 215 pounds with out being fat.

Overall I'm quite lucky, not so good fitness wise.
In fact / health / fitness minded, so I feel pretty supported in my choices as well.
For 8-9 hours a day, 5 days a week, affect my weight loss/ fitness goals? A lot.
