By requesting fixed scope / fixed price contract the customer is giving up the chance, then they are presumably prepared to pay the price in change orders and large buffers (in time fixed scope contract....

I understand that for the fixed Price Property the price of property is fixed.
But just wonder what is the chance try to negotiate again with the slight reduction. Say for instance for £185k fixed price we try to negotiate it for £180k.

Great, after all the scaremongering about constant price rises, EDF are announcing they are dropping by 5% and I fixed mine in December for a year. Great ! Is there anything I can do ? EDF did tell me that prices should rise when I fixed it.
