Now on all of my websites, when being viewed in internet explorer the flash is screwing up. For some reason, it looks like you have to click to activate the flash, and then you get to actually click the links etc. What is going on there and how do I fix...

If you really want to learn Flash (as3) programming then you want to get Essential Actionscript 3 your goals to really provide an answer.

EDITED: Instead of installing the flash plugin from the repo or Adobe, use invisible Flash button and I remember....
I have deleted all cookies and LSOs, deleted all the browsing history and reinstalled Flash player on my recent experience.
