There are two ways to get what you want:
Create Drupal Template with flash for all Views: 1 view = 1 page with 1 flash template....
Real Flash CMS sites have other construction.

Supprt websitesOf not mistaken apple phones do not support flash as well.the only one that does its Android.
Of computer equipment, I have found that all of them no longer use flash in the tech.

You can create your skins in Flash if you want, but skinning in Flex 4 in general is much, and you can decide as you go if....
And Flash is much more geared towards "animation" (in a broad sense of the word).
Handling data than Flash.

I have the feeling that Flash -based ( or Silverlight -based) websites are generally frowned upon, except when you are creating games or multimedia-content rich applications. Why this is so?

Flash is non-standard.
Just make shitty websites.
So build your websites with scripts, Flash and Silverlight.
