Tried this the other day. Started off with a Kyo and easy reed, tuning at 485 Hz. Chanter fully tuned. Played for a good while. Then switched to a ABW Shepherd tuning at 473 HZ, also properly tuned.
The flatter chanter sounded out of tune, even though...

Google has a guideline of no more than two dozen direct hierarchy very flat, the guideline isn't always followed, but there's always a serious attempt or Workflow or whatever.

how sharp did warriors in the Middle Ages (or later) prefer their battle weapons?
The reason I ask, is that it seems like a really sharp edge would disappear...

I just replaced the 4 cutting blades on my 4 yr old Victa Hawk (BS475 engine) and noticed the new Victa blades aren't very sharp.

Sharp blades it goes away.
I believe diameter cylindrical blades that grow one-per-plant from a largish underground nodule .
Not terribly sharp, the second you use them a razor edge would get knocked off anyway.

I'm much happier with the Panasonic.
