Can anyone tell me what else can cause itchiness other than ticks+fleas? Diamond often bites his hind leg/rear end/tail without any sign of ticks/fleas. If it's skin problems, then he is obviously too shiny-coated for that. His coat doesn't show any abnormality...

For the animal only work when the flea makes contact ie jumps on the dog and the drops only kill the fleas fleas as this is the flea droppings.

Ive used different brands and they just wont die.
I use a flea comb first to get most of the fleas off with the flea and tick shampoo.
During the fleas season, maybe longer.
