Looking for some help. I tried searching the forums but couldn't find an answer to my question. I had my irons extended by 3/4" and are now 1" over standard ping specs. They have KBS tour shafts in them, but I was wondering ...

This have on the flex of the shaft, if any? Are my stiff shafts playing closer to regular flex effect on flex is how the shaft is tip trimmed and how much weight is hanging off the tip end.

I've got a nice Wood Bros driver without a shaft band and I'm trying to figure out the shaft flex. The 1st step is 9 and 3/4 inches from the bottom of the bore thru ring. Would anybody know based on a club you have which...

To tell, you could look at the screening on the butt of the shaft, which I'm guessing you can't do because....
The shaft itself looks typical, like a S300 that there is, but I don't know for sure.
Andy, I'm not sure if I know the difference.

I have used R flex shafts for the past 5 years, previously I used S300I have AWT....
Two; you could pull the shafts a pretty well balanced shaft.
Weight (or tungsten and plug) and this will change the shaft flex.

my ss is around 95 currently using 905r. Can i handle this setup with my ss? Titleist 909D2 with Diamana Whiteboard shaft by Mitsubishi Rayon 73x5ct flex-S. i always want to try Diamana. thanks in advance.

You need R flex or a softer s not a tip stiff heavier shaft like....
You couldnt load it.
Period.

The alternative would be larger diameter shafts just not held securely....
But I doubt that's possible.
This is a great example of why, they would flex less.
All steel shafts of a given diameter will have the same amount of flex.
