Can I Tie A Sink Drain Into A Floor Drain Vent Line?
Generally, once you make a vent a drain, it no longer functions as a vent, so no. You'd have to tie into the drain line before the vent take-off fitting. You could connect to that vent above the flood plane of the new sink so you don't have to run a new vent line, though.

How do you drain down a central heating system on a combi boiler?
I would have agreed with that, and said leave the boiler on, stat at 5C, or on it's own frost stat, but last winter I know of several condensing boilers that had the flues freeze, and shutdown in fault mode and have to be manually reset, so maybe leaving it off the economy setting would help. I wouldn't empty either though, as I would also think the flat downstairs would keep it from freezing, unless lot of the pipework for yours runs through the loft space.

Great flood based off of Noah's ark?
In the Great Flood of the Bible, every thing was submerged. In the Wind Waker the tops of tall mountains were above the water level. Although the Bible only takes place in the Middle East where there aren't many mountains, so it is possible that the game was based off of the flood.
