Florida knife laws
When I go on vacation I want to know what the blade length is that I can legally carry. Does anyone know what the laws are in Floridia?

There is a law being worked on by florida carry and knife rights to have a one set of rules in florida knife law to be the end all be all, much blade or knife over all....
To verify what they consider legal by their ordinances.

The law is sound; the questionable situation is not.
With Florida's "Stand your ground" law, only in the attempt to apply it to himself by a certain individual under questionable circumstances.

My husband is in Gulf Forestry camp on a 36 month term since some judge said that florida drug laws r unconstitutional some sentances have been over turned here in south florida. Does anyone have any info on this or where i can get info I know alot of...

Florida law does not allow private companies it was NOT a "common pocketknife".

The new law which just went into effect states not only do you have to move over, but you must move over to the furthest lane.
I can understand a single lane and lowering speed 20mph when you cannot, but I can see this being 'Florida's new revenue generator...

Campbell isnt the only one troopers have targeted. Florida Highway Patrol records show that police cited more than 10,429 drivers under the statute. Campbells lawsuit accused patrols...

If I remember correctly, several Florida...I presumed it was the same (stupid) law in other states...
That law does not apply to flashing headlights.
