You could get a non-resident Florida permit for letting my FL permit expire after moving to TN.
Check for permit holders, that would be nice.

As everyone says "I have a freind" .... who got her record sealed from in reference to a crime back about 19 years ago. To get a gun permit, in FL, you need a presidential pardon, I think? The crime was non weapon related, more of a white collar crime...

A suggestion was made in the tread here that Florida's concealed carry permit laws were fairly lax in that no specific training or testing protocols exist in that state. Thanks to the member who also posted a link to Florida's web site on the subject,...

New concealed carry permit worthless? Called the Florida license division and got the message that my non-resident carry permit is printed and mailed...yea! I have been researching all the local and state laws for over a month now and feel comfortable...

Just didn't need the extra course and like I said Florida's is valid.
And the permit from Florida is a "non resident" permit and recognized in Arkansas as far as I can by 6 Not really taking a shortcut.

IIRC, there is no permit need for photography in state parks in FloridaI have never even tried to get a permit to shoot in a public space like a national/state/city park heated conversation on a local photographer....

Yes, your friend with a Mississippi learners permit can drive in Florida, BUT she MUST have day light hours for the first 3 months she is in Florida.
