From what it seems the flounder in the Teign become preoccupied on crab...so peeler crab.

Fished saturday afternoon and sunday afternoon down the stour. I didn't manage to catch any flounder (which seem to have vanished), but did catch two sea trout which was a surprise both taking rag worm on boomer rigs with bead attractors.

Managed to get out this afternoon and fish the flooding tide for a couple of hours. Not fished for flounders in 'yonks' so set my stall up to try and catch a couple. Tactics, dead simple, three hook paternoster rig

Just got back from Baitor Park was hopeing for a flounder or 2! had a surprising night to be fair within half an hour i got a big take which i fort was abit unusual and turns out to be a bass just under 2lb! after that no bite for a few hours...

Hi All
Took my 11yr old grandsons to glasson dock, was a bit windy but not really cold. Ben was first to catch nice 1lb 8oz flounder, then another,and another,then one more ,all over 1lb, Connor thought he was going to blank but he then got a good bite...

I took my boys there on Tuesday (14th) and had similar results also on frozen black lug tipped with squid .
Well done boys some good fish there 2lb ers Well done sounds like an excellent session .
