Hello ladies...I just recently found this this board and I wanted to share with your what happened to my son after he got the flu vaccine two years ago
Up until two years ago, my kids got every vaccination available but it was hit or miss with the flu...

I wish that instead of giving you awful looks when you asked if it was the flu shot they would just seizures, right after a vaccine "catch up" appointment.

Have you gotten, or are planning on getting a Flu Vaccine this year?
I have never gotten one, and I doubt that I will be getting one this year.

UPDATE: Well I went back to the doc Friday afternoon. I told him how the Medrol pak helped and how the pain had returned within 24 hours of the last pill. That the only thing that would touch the pain were NSAIDs. So, since I normally stay away from steriods...

It has now been 5 weeks since....
UPDATE: I began taking the Mobic and Physical Therapy.
I had the flu shot on October 6, 2010 and have experienced severe arm/shoulder pain, difficulty and more trouble then I bargained for in getting a flu shot.
