Ok so I stopped smoking yesterday due to my impending move to the USA in which I believe you have to have a medical. Although this medical isn't a drugs test they look to see if you are a drug abuser or addict and i'm not prepared to throw this chance...

It's very tough to come by in natural foods.
Niacin is excellent for you.
It worked! But I doubt this helps you much.
My only experience with niacin is when I was 18 and trying to pass a drug test.
