I have not heard of niacin....
It's alright at eliminating small LDL liver issues.
I take 1000mgs of niacin a day for cholesterol control reasons.
Wouldnt use niacin for weight loss.
Better off adjusting your diet and upping activity.

If it doesn't say....
Niacin can also cause or aggrivate peptic ulcers and can" on it though.
It needs to say "no flush be avoided by buying the "flush free" kind.
Hi Clark, Niacin is a supplement you can buy at any drug store.
