Hi everyone, I was advised to post this thread in this forum as I get more responses
I have a lot of flying dreams, and I don't have wings. Xan (thanks Xan!) suggested that these are often spontaneous astral projections.
Does anyone have any advice of...

Most of my flying dreams of the past were escape....
A wonderful flying dream was actually what set and far from a real reason to Astral Project in itself.
Projection exists, and I often fly in the dreams as well.

It, BUT I've heard of loads of deaths when I haven't had that dream.

I have the occasional "normal" dream, usually dreams are weird, I don't think I recall a totally normal dream at all.
